Mingalabar! Welcome to Myanmar!
Upon arrival in Yangon, greeted by our tour guide and we transfer to the hotel for check-in. Welcome dinner at a fine local restaurant.
Overnight in Yangon.
Day 2: Yangon – Morning Fly to Bagan – Temple Visit (B)
After breakfast, we transfer to the airport for our flight to Bagan. Welcome to Bagan – the land of stupa and Buddha statues. With more than 2,000 pagodas & temples dating back more than 1500 years of history, Bagan was known as one of the most enchanting places for visitors when traveling Myanmar.
Upon arrival, we visit the animated Nyaung U Market for a first impression of the local life and trading. A market area is an ideal place where you can have a lively look at the variety of local staples, hearing the joyful sound of people bartering for their product.
After that, we spend time to discover some most famous and outstanding pagodas such as Ananda Temple, Htilominlo Temple, Gubyaukgyi Temple, and Dhammayangyi Temple. If time permits, we also stop at traditional lacquerware workshop, one of Myanmar’s best-known handicrafts. End of the day, we will enjoy the sunset over the sites from the top of the sunset hill.

Day 3: Bagan – Mt Popa (B)
After breakfast at your hotel, we travel to Mt Popa. Mt Popa is a volcanic plug rising straight up out of a plain, and with Taung Ka Lat monastery located on the top. Along 777 steps leading us to the highest point, there are lots of monkeys that fed up with tourists. They will follow us if they see the food, therefore, you should watch out for monkeys.
On the way return Bagan, we will stop at a village to discover the local daily without electricity. The villagers use water from the rain and from the mountain. They take water from the public water station at the entrance of the village then bring home by cow cart.

Day 4: Bagan – Fly to Yangon – City Tour (B)
Say good-bye to Bagan this morning to take the flight back to Yangon. Yangon city is a must-see city for tourists who want to peer a one-of-a-kind, Asia. It’s the most important metropolis in Myanmar with a combination of nature, cultures, and communities. This town was determined in 1755 via King Alaungpaya and Yangon means “End of Strife”.
After breakfast, we start to visit the Lawka Chanthar Arbayar Laba Muni Buddha Image (Kyauktawgyi) where we can see the 600 tones weight Marble Buddha statue. Next, we continue with Sule Pagoda which was named the heart of Yangon. Walk around the Mahabandoola Park to see the colonial courthouse and the city hall.
In the afternoon, your time in the traditional Bogyoke Aungsan Market (Scott Market) (Note: the market is closed on Mondays and gazette holidays) and we also visit the world-famous Shwedagon Pagoda. The main gold-plated dome is topped by a stupa containing around 7,000 diamonds, rubies, topaz, and sapphires. The whole giddy concoction offset through a big emerald placed to reflect the rays of the dusk.

Day 5: Yangon – Departure (B)
After breakfast, free time at leisure until the driver to pick you up to transfer to the airport for your departure flight. Trip ends.
