Day 1: Arrive in Yangon – Welcoming Dinner at Karaweik Palace (D)
Our Go Myanmar tours guide & the driver will welcome you upon arrival at Yangon International airport then we transfer to the hotel. After a short rest, we enjoy the welcoming dinner at the Karaweik Palace.
Overnight in Yangon.
Day 2: Yangon City Tour (B)
After breakfast, we start to venture into the mysterious capital with many holiest pagodas, temples. It begins with a stroll through the old colonial-style city center – Sule Pagoda which was named as the heart of Yangon, pass up the City Hall and Mahabandola Park for scenic photos. Next up, enjoy the tranquil Kandawgyi Lake with the Karaweik Hall, a royal floating barge, a perfect spot to take pictures of that peaceful lake with its shores lined with gardens and trees.
Highlight your day by a visit to the legend Shwedagon Pagoda, one of the world’s most spectacular religious monuments will conclude the tour of this beautiful garden city. The golden dome of the Shwedagon Pagoda rises 98 meters above its base and is covered with 60 tons of pure gold. Immerse yourself in the peace here.

Day 3: Yangon – Bagan (B)
Morning flight to the ancient capital Bagan. Upon arrival, we start visiting the busy local Nyaung U market. Continue visits to a diverse selection of the most impressive pagodas and temples such as Shwezigon Pagoda, built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century; Gu Byauk Gyi with exquisite murals of Jataka scenes; Khay Min Ga Temple, famous for its marvelous panoramic view of the area’s many monuments. And the most beautiful temple of the region, Ananda Temple with four huge standing Buddha images and numerous seated figures in niches around the galleried interior.
In the afternoon, we spend time to visit lacquer craftsmen’s workshop in nearby Myinkaba village. Continuing the day by sightseeing to Manuha Temple which was built in Mon style in 1059; Nanbaya Temple, a unique sandstone monument, said to have been the palace of King Manuha. End of the day, enjoy the sunset moment from the sunset hill.

Day 4: Bagon – fly to Heho – Pindaya – Inle Lake (B)
After breakfast, we transfer to Nyaung U Airport for a short flight to Heho. Upon arrival, we transfer overland to Pindaya (95 km – 2 ½ hours) to visit Pindaya Cave which is famous for thousands of Buddha images placed there by pilgrims over many centuries.
In the afternoon, we come to Inle Lake (60 km – 1 ½ hour). Transfer by boat to the hotel, we check-in and take rest.

Day 5: Inle Lake – Indein
After breakfast, we travel by boat through the picturesque canal toward the Western Shore of the lake along a stair path leading to the hidden Inn Thein Pagoda complex. Here, you can capture thousands of ancient stupas in the temple that are said to be date back from the 14th to the 17th century. This is one of the most amazing historical sites in the region consisting of hundreds of small stupas overgrown by moss and greens. Take time to marvel at the intricated design in each stupa. Later, enjoy your breathtaking boat tour through lush vegetation scenery as you return to your hotel.

Day 6: Inle Lake – Fly to Yangon (B)
Morning flight back to Yangon. Rest of the day, you will be free for shopping at Bogyoke (Scott’s) Market or explore the town on your own.

Day 7: Yangon Departure (B)
After breakfast, you have free time until our car arrives to take us to the airport for your homeward flight. Trip ends.
